In October 2005, twenty three year old entrepreneur and business consultant, Steven Scott Everhart began drafting a strategic business plan. Steven’s plan focused on establishing a company that could enter, survive, and compete effectively within the music industry.
In August of 2000 Steven began his undergraduate studies at Hillsdale College, a private liberal arts college located in Hillsdale, Michigan.
While attending Hillsdale, Steven received his NCAA varsity letter as a pitcher for the college’s baseball team. Steven was also a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity (Kappa Chapter) where he served as a treasurer, national voting delegate and financial committee chair on the fraternity’s executive board. He also was a member of the accounting club where he served as treasurer.
Steven graduated from Hillsdale College, Cum Laude with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics in May of 2004.
Currently, Steven is a third year law student at the University of Toledo School of Law and anticipates graduating in 2007, obtaining his J.D. with a specialty certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the American Bar Association (ABA), Student Bar Association (financial committee), Sports Law (treasurer), Intellectual Property Society, The Federalist Society and Delta Theta Phi National legal fraternity, ASCAP (Publisher and Artist).
