At the turn of the century MT Make-up returned to his home town after being thoroughly disillusioned by the crappy LA Rock scene. He wanted to form a band that blended the rawness of The Stooges & the Dolls with a psychedlic swirly-ness like sticking your head inside a phaser pedal.
After a few false starts, he made his current band members quit the bands they were in & listen to the Flaming Lips , Redd Kross, Jellyfish & the Ark for a year while he alternately grew his hair to match Marc Bolan & cut it to match a really cool homeless person he met in LA while selling his Cd collection for hamburgers.
Now they are recording, playing, singing & exploring together like some submarine crew lost in space. come explore
